What Is Banh Mi?
Bánh Mì | noun. | pronounced BUN-MEE | A Vietnamese traditional snack which provides comfort, sustenance, and complete satisfaction anytime, anywhere. Bánh Mì is a fusion of the French baguette and Vietnamese flair.
It starts off with a lightly toasted baguette, to give that perfect crunch. Then slathered with our in-house aioli or pate. Next comes the protein of choice, crisp sliced cucumber, infamous pickled daikon and carrots, and topped with cilantro and for the spicy eaters, sliced jalapeños. Finally finished off with a tasteful dressing. This combination of filling will pop with flavors ranging from salty, sweet, sour and spicy, and it definitely will not disappoint.

What is Pho?
Pho | noun. | Pronounced FUH | Pho is the Vietnamese national dish; am aromatic, nutritious and delicious rice noodle soup served with a side plate of fresh herbs to add as you please. The addition of the herbs and table condiments is an essential part of eating pho and adds another dimension to the dish – our chili paste for a kick, fish sauce or extra saltiness, ginger vinegar for sourness. Don’t hold back.
